30 years experience as a long distance truck driver affords me the ability to enforce all my skills in Real Estate of time management, proper documentation, focusing on all office procedures in order to develop a confident relationship with buyers and sellers.
In the late 80’s I secured a position in property management for several buildings with multi units and implemented a data based management program with several employees under my supervision. All technology and repairs was my responsibility. During that time I received my real estate license and found my niche.
I am now the broker/owner of Realty Executives Powerhouse in the community that I have lived in for over 40 years. Customer service, risk-management and all transactional documentation matters are met with attention and care, as well as ensuring all of our sales executives are in compliance with New York Department of State Real Estate regulations and Ethics.
I am also a member of the Floral Park Chamber of Commerce, Joint Bellerose Business District, Bellerose Terrace Civic Association, Queens Village Civic Association and Kiwanis Club Floral Park Chapter.
My credits include CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation to work with sellers of distressed properties and giving them the confidence that thru my experience I can and will help with the sale of their home.
I am married with 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren.

I am a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, who has been working for Realty Executives Powerhouse since 2016. Although this time might seem, on the surface, to be of short duration, I am nevertheless quite capable of rendering high quality service to those in need of such.
I have sought and acquired the designation, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), a nationally recognized certificate offered by the NYS Assoc. of Realtors. It is considered to be comparative in Real Estate to the CPA in Accounting. The GRI designation indicates to buyers, sellers and other real estate industry professionals that an agent is committed to providing the highest level of professional service to his/her clients by securing a strong educational foundation. It requires completion of 90 hours of coursework, covering subjects in contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction. GRIs are recognized as being professionally trained, knowledgeable and dedicated to providing quality service.
Outside of Real Estate I am educated to the level of a Master’s Degree, and can communicate in a foreign language, French. I have completed courses on many topics such as Rentals, Property Management, Fair Housing and the use of Social Media. I have rented apartments to individuals as well as churches, participated in the purchase and sale of homes, both as a Buyer’s and Seller’s Agent, can work with Short Sales and Foreclosures and have worked in the areas of both residential and commercial real estate. I worked in the area of Property Management Accounting earlier in my career.
